This mid-war Third Pattern has the MoS inspection mark of an ( ⩚I ) denoting Indian Government ownership. This was part of an order for 2,500 knives on the 17th December 1943 supplied by Wilkinson.
The blade has some grind marks, a couple chips,the tip is not perfect and is slightly loose from the grip.
