Pair of original 1964 dated Vietnam war jungle boots size 10w.
8”x10” photo of these exact boots taken on the last day of his tour of duty in Vietnam by my Vietnam War Correspondent friend (who would like to remain anonymous).
So this is the amount of ware you would expect to see to a pair of Jungle boots after marching through the jungles and rice patties of Vietnam for a year.
Photo and boots would make an amazing display.
This is probably my favorite Vietnam War photo and to have the actual boots is unbelievable!
I was given the photo by my Vietnam War correspondent friend, then years later he gave me the boots. It took me a week or so to realize these were the boots from the photo as he didn’t tell me. Quite the pleasant surprise!
I don’t have the room to properly display this amazing set so I would like to find a new caretaker who would really appreciate them and display them properly.
